Sole agents companies are those which are contracted by a manufacturer or producer to be the only company allowed to sell their products in a specific territory. This gives the agent company the sole rights to import, distribute and sell the products in question. In Malaysia, there are many sole agents companies which have been contracted by foreign manufacturers to be their sole distributor in the country.
