Trading Of Hardware Companies in Malaysia

The Malaysian government has been actively encouraging the development of the country's hardware industry, and as a result, a number of hardware companies have been set up in Malaysia. These companies are involved in the design, manufacture and distribution of a wide range of hardware products, including electronic and electrical components, plumbing and sanitary fittings, door and window fittings, and metal products.

The Malaysian hardware industry is highly fragmented, with a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) accounting for the majority of companies. The top five companies in the industry account for only around 15% of total industry revenue.

The industry is export-oriented, with around 80% of production being exported. The United States, China, Singapore, the Philippines and Indonesia are the main export destinations.

The industry is expected to continue to grow in the coming years, supported by strong demand from both the domestic and export markets.
