BONUS ISSUE OF 152,292,242 WARRANTS IN AJIYA BERHAD ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) WARRANT FOR EVERY TWO (2) ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.25 EACH HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 24 AUGUST 2016
Each Warrant carries the entitlement, at any time on the Issue Date and up to 5.00pm on the Maturity Date ("Exercise Period"), to subscribe for one (1) new ordinary share of RM0.25 each in Ajiya Berhad at the exercise price which shall be satisfied fully in cash. The exercise price may from time to time be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 9 August 2016. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 30 August 2016.
