Focus wishes to announce on behalf of Mr Kong Kwai Ching and Mr Wong Mun Leong who are both directors of the Company, their intention to deal in the securities during the closed period in respect of the announcement of quarterly result of the Company for its second quarter ended 31st January 2006 of which the target date of announcement is on 31st March 2006.
