LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 35049 OF 2006
Kindly be advised that FOCUS' entire issued and paid-up share capital of 75,597,780 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for these shares on the MESDAQ Market under the "Technology" sector will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 10 February 2006, on a "Ready" basis pursuant to the Rules of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
In view of the bonus issue of 37,798,890 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each which were issued on the basis of one (1) new ordinary share for every one (1) ordinary share held after the public issue of 11,500,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each issued at RM0.72 per share, the reference price of the FOCUS' ordinary shares is RM0.36 and the trading limit is 500%.
The Stock Short Name, Stock Code and ISIN Code of FOCUS are "FOCUS", "0116" and "MYQ0116OO002" respectively.
Kindly be advised that the shares of FOCUS are prescribed securities. Dealings in FOCUS' shares should be carried out in accordance with the Securities Industry (Central Depositories) Act, 1991 and the Rules of Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd.
