Due to the continuous rise in COVID-19 cases which has significantly impacted the process to finalise the Group's financial statements and in order to facilitate better management of resources for smooth flow of business operations and financial reporting, the Board of Directors has approved the change of Company's financial year end from 31 December to 30 June. The next audited financial statements of the Company shall be for a period of eighteen (18) months from 1 January 2021 to 30 June 2022.
