SUSPENSION OF SECURITIES

The Company wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has approved the Company’s request for suspension in the trading of its shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 23 May 2022 pending the release of a material announcement. This request for suspension is made under Paragraph 3.1(b) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
