We refer to our announcement dated 30 December 2021.

The Board of Directors of Pharmaniaga Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn Bhd (“PLSB”) has received a letter from the Ministry of Health (“MOH”) dated 6 January 2022, agreeing in principle for PLSB to continue its services in supplying medicines and medical supplies to MOH facilities for a period of ten (10) years, subject to the terms and conditions to be agreed between both parties.

This announcement is dated 11 January 2022.
