We refer to the announcement dated 7 May 2021 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue.  

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Pharmaniaga, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the additional listing application for the listing of and quotation for up to 1,056,154,928 Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 10 May 2021.
