Cash Settlement Amount = Number of PMETAL-C31 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of PMETAL-C31 x (RM4.5305 - RM5.00) x (1/4) = Number of PMETAL-C31 x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM4.5305 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of PMETAL shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised PMETAL-C31 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the PMETAL-C31 shall terminate absolutely.
