= Number of PMETAL-C34 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of PMETAL-C34 x (RM3.7583 - RM5.10) x (1/5)
= Number of PMETAL-C34 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM3.7583 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the PMETAL Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and PMETAL-C34 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of PMETAL-C34 shall terminate absolutely.
