We wish to announce that PMETAL-C41 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 12 March 2021 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of PMETAL-C41 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of PMETAL-C41 x (RM9.7732 - RM4.50) x (1/6)
= Number of PMETAL-C41 x RM0.8789
The Closing Price of RM9.7732 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the PMETAL Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be despatched as soon as practicable and no later than seven (7) market days following the Expiry Date by way of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the holder or by electronic transfer. Any payment made shall be delivered by ordinary post.
