We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 2 August 2021, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) The date of the loan agreement between Sedania and Offspring (“Loan Agreement”).
2) The direct and indirect shareholdings of Datuk Noor Azrin Bin Mohd Noor and Datuk Noor Syafiroz Bin Mohd Noor in Sedania.
3) The total amount transacted with Datuk Noor Azrin Bin Mohd Noor and Datuk Noor Syafiroz Bin Mohd Noor in Sedania for the preceding 12 months, or a negative statement thereto.
4) The time and place where the Loan Agreement may be inspected.

Please furnish Bursa Securities with your reply within one (1) market day from the date hereof.
