PRIVATE PLACEMENT I

We refer to the announcements made on 20 May 2021, 21 May 2021, 24 June 2021, 30 July 2021, 6 August 2021, 9 December 2021 and 3 January 2022 in relation to the Private Placement I (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 8 June 2022 submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for a time extension of up to 23 December 2022 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement I.
