The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the Company has on 19 January 2006 awarded a contract worth RM39.9 million to Sunshine Paradigm Sdn Bhd, a 70% owned subsidiary of TH Group Berhad, a company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securites Berhad, for the design and construction of Tropicana Medical Centre.

Tropicana Medical Centre is located in Kota Damansara, Selangor and is a 200,000 sq ft fertility, women and children specialist centre. The constrcution of Tropicana Medical Centre is expected to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2007.

With Tropicana Medical Centre, the Group hopes to expand its current operations and continue it's emphasis on providing specialist healthcare to women and children in Malaysia and the region.

The construction of Tropicana Medical Centre will not have any material effect on the earnings and net tangible assets of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2006.

None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company or any persons connected to them has any interests, direct or indirect, in the aforesaid contract.
