We wish to announce that TSH-CM expired at 5.00 p.m. on 28 June 2021 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of TSH-CM x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of TSH-CM x (RM1.0542 - RM1.10) x (1/4)
= Number of TSH-CM x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM1.0542 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the TSH Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and TSH-CM shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of TSH-CM shall terminate absolutely.
