We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 19 May 2021, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) The date of commencement of each Agreement.
2) Whether the Agreements are subject to renewal, and if yes, the details of such renewal.
3) The value of the 312 million to 960 million doses of Sputnik V vaccines to be purchased by the Russian Direct Investment Fund.
4) The name of the contract manufacturers.
5) The total capital and investment outlay required to be committed by UCrest Berhad (“UCrest”) in connection with the Agreements, the source(s) of funding and the breakdown thereof.

6) The relevant regulatory approvals, permits and/or licenses required to be obtained by UCrest in connection with the Agreements. To also state whether UCrest has secured any of these regulatory approvals, permits and/or licences, and the relevant dates of application and approval.
