We wish to announce that the YINSON-C7 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 October 2020 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of YINSON-C7 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of YINSON-C7 x (RM4.6216 - RM6.25) x (1/6) = Number of YINSON-C7 x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM4.6216 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of YINSON shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised YINSON-C7 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the YINSON-C7 shall terminate absolutely.
