Following the implementation of the Full Movement Control Order on 1 June 2021 (“FMCO”), Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has granted one month extension of time up to 30 September 2021 for the issuance of quarterly reports which are due by 31 August 2021.

As the preparation of the consolidated financial statements of the Group for the financial period ended 30 June 2021 (“4Qtr Report”) has been affected due to challenges faced by the Company during the FMCO, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided that the Company’s 4Qtr Report will be released on 8 September 2021.
