This announcement is made by Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad on behalf of DMB. The shareholders of DMB whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of DMB at 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 15 April 2022 ("Entitlement Date"), shall be entitled to participate in the Proposed Share Exchange.
In order to facilitate the Proposed Share Exchange, the trading of DMB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be suspended from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 14 April 2022 being 1 market day prior to the Entitlement Date. Accordingly, the last time and day for trading of DMB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities shall be at 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 13 April 2022.
The suspension of trading of DMB Shares will continue until the admission of PGB to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for the PGB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
All DMB Shares deposited in the CDS accounts of the shareholders of DMB as at the Entitlement Date will be debited from their respective CDS accounts accordingly. The new PGB Shares will be credited directly by Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd into the same CDS accounts in which existing DMB Shares are currently deposited.
A notice to the shareholders of DMB in relation to the Entitlement Date for the Proposed Share Exchange will be despatched to the shareholders of DMB on 1 April 2022.
