APPLICATION FOR A FURTHER EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLY WITH PARAGRAPH 5.2(A) OF PRACTICE NOTE 17 OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 15 February 2019, 8 March 2019, 19 August 2019, 24 September 2019, 25 February 2020, 16 April 2020, 15 September 2020 and 23 October 2020 in relation to the Company’s applications for extensions of time to comply with Paragraph 5.2(a) of Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid Announcements.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of DMB, Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company has on 26 February 2021 submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for a further extension of time of 1 month until 26 March 2021 for the Company to submit its proposed regularisation plan to Bursa Securities.
