We refer to the DMB’s announcement dated 30 June 2021 in relation to the proposed disposal by Daya Proffscorp Sdn Bhd (“DPRO”), a 58.8%-owned subsidiary of DMB, of 3 contiguous parcels of leasehold land held under (i) PN 7441, Lot 3997; (ii) PN 6307, Lot 4597; and (iii) PN 6565, Lot 4835, all in Mukim Teluk Kalung, District of Kemaman, State of Terengganu together with the industrial premises erected thereon to Public Crane Heavy Equipment Sdn Bhd (“PCHE”).

The Board wishes to announce that the Disposal has been completed following the full settlement of the balance of the Disposal Consideration by PCHE in accordance with the terms of the SPA.
