(IV) PROPOSED DCMT ACQUISITION;
(V) PROPOSED DMAX ACQUISITION 1;
(VI) PROPOSED DMAX ACQUISITION 2;
(VII) PROPOSED DEBT SETTLEMENT;
(VIII) PROPOSED FEE SETTLEMENT;
(IX) PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT; AND
(X) PROPOSED LTIP

(COLLECTIVELY, THE "PROPOSED REGULARISATION PLAN")

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 26 April 2022 in respect of the issued share capital of PGB. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid Announcement.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that PGB will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Securities in place of DMB and the listing of and quotation for PGB’s issued share capital comprising 604,339,944 PGB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will commence at 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 28 April 2022, on a “Ready” basis pursuant to the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities. The PGB Shares will be listed on the “Energy” sector of the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

The stock short name, stock code and ISIN code of PGB Shares are “PGB”, “0091” and “MYQ0091OO007”, respectively.

Kindly be advised that PGB Shares are prescribed securities, and as such all dealings in the aforesaid securities shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Industry (Central Depositories) Act, 1991 and the Rules of Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd. 

This announcement is dated 27 April 2022.

Remark:
Please kindly note that one (1) PGB Share is pending to be credited into the CDS account. Upon crediting of the one (1) PGB Share, the entire issued share capital of PGB will be comprising 604,339,945 PGB Shares.
