The Board of Directors of GPA, wishes to announce that GP Autobat Sdn Bhd (“GASB” or “Lessor”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 7 January 2021 entered into a lease agreement (“Agreement”) with PNE Glove Sdn Bhd (“PNE” or “Lessee”) for leasing three (3) storey office block attaching to Block A, the entire Block E and the entire Block F situated at Lot 5031 & 5032, Jalan Teratai, 5 ½ Miles, Off Jalan Meru, 41050 Klang, Selangor.
The details of the Agreement are set out in the attachment herein.
