Reference is made to the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement dated 23 December 2020 and 31 December 2020.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 8 January 2021 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 114,926,000 Placement Shares, being the second and last tranche of the Private Placement, at RM0.1001 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of 9.98% to the 5-day VWAP of the Shares up to and including 7 January 2021 of RM0.1112, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
