On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 7,759,261 new Kanger Shares issued pursuant to the 3rd tranche of the Private Placement were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 11 December 2020, which marks the completion of the Private Placement.
