Mr. Tan Yip Jiun ("Mr. Tan") started his career in the logistic sector as an Operation Officer based in Klang under Chipseng Heng Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. ("the Company") since 2015. He involved in the operation management aspect of the Company which handled third party logistics services, monitoring of daily delivery fulfilment and the overall fleet management.

Mr. Tan was promoted as the Operation Cum Safety Officer within a year whereby he was responsible in implementing safety management and ensuring all workers comply to safety rules in the working area, monitoring the monthly incoming vessel by providing custom clearance services, stock transfer, weigh bridge monitoring, stockpile management, daily monitoring on loading progress and delivery to ensure raw material in customer plant never below safety level and the monthly delivery forecast by communicating closely with receiving party. 

In year 2018, he was transferred to the headquarters based in Ipoh as the General Manager and oversee all departments including operations, fleet, workshop, safety, accounts and human resources. During his tenure as the General Manager, he provided marketing and sales strategies, improved the internal management of the Company, implemented International Organisation for Standards 39001 Road Traffic Safety Management, initiated internal restructuring and encouraged recruitment of younger generations.

Currently, he is the Executive Director of the Company and he is working on initiatives to strengthen the Company's positions by reducing cost and maximising revenue, providing expansion strategy and financial planning to the Managing Director.

Mr. Tan also serves as a Director in a several companies in the transportation, construction raw materials and information technology sectors where he plays an instrumental role in the business development and overall business direction of the businesses.
