The Board of Directors of LAMBO wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Lamboplace Sdn. Bhd. (“LAMBOPLACE”) had on 12 March 2021 entered into a Heads of Agreement (“HOA”) with Cheetah Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd, (“CHEETAH”) and XOX Media Sdn Bhd (“XOX”).

 

LAMBOPLACE, CHEETAH and XOX are desirous of entering into a HOA, to jointly create rebranded and reimagined Cheetah exclusive digital shopping platform. Combining each other’s skill sets and resources, the parties will collaborate to set up an executive working group to develop the platforms, procedures and execution capabilities required for the launch of the platform.
