On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Private Placement has been completed following the listing and quotation of 108,757,000 Placement Shares, being the third and final tranche of Placement Shares for the Private Placement, on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 4 December 2020.
