The Board of Directors of PHB ("Board") wishes to announce that PHB had on, 17 March 2021, entered into a Heads of Agreement ("HOA") with WRP Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd ("WRP") to explore and pursue a potential joint venture arrangement to jointly undertake the business of manufacturing, sales and distribution of gloves and other related products, details of which are set out in this announcement.
