The Board of Directors of PNE (“Board”) wishes to announce a proposal to diversify the existing business of PNE and its subsidiaries to include the business involving the manufacture and sale of rubber gloves (“Proposed Diversification”).
We are pleased to attached herewith the further details of the Proposed Diversification and a press release dated 7 January 2021 entitled “Strategy for growth: PNE's diversification into the manufacturing and trading of rubber gloves”.
