Reference is made to the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement dated 16 December 2020, 4 January 2021 and 6 January 2021.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 6 January 2021 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 245,193,000 Placement Shares, being the first and last tranche of the Private Placement, at RM0.0378 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of 9.79% to the 5-day VWAP of the Shares up to and including 5 January 2021 of RM0.0419, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
