We refer to the announcements made on 20 May 2021, 21 May 2021, 24 June 2021, 30 June 2021, 29 July 2021, 17 December 2021, 22 December 2021, 28 December 2021, 30 December 2021, 4 January 2022, 6 January 2022, 13 January 2022, 31 January 2022, 1 March 2022, 15 March 2022 and 21 March 2022 in relation to the Private Placement II (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of Sersol, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 30 March 2022 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the Placement Shares at RM0.326 each (“Issue Price”) in relation to the Private Placement II.

 

The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 19.82% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Sersol Shares up to and including 29 March 2022 (being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date) of RM0.4066 per Sersol Share.
