No clear direction. No clear decision. No guidance at all. You need to know abt the flow of the your job by yourself, with no guide, even the file/folder you need to search by yourself. Seems that you need to master all things abt the job in the company before you join the company. Male boss is so bad. Partnership with Singaporean, I think Singaporean boss also cannot stand with the boss attitude.

Please don't work here. Boss (Mr Wong) was racist and like to insult staff especially those who are not Chinese or didn't speak Chinese/Mandarin. No OT provided but wanted staff to extend working hours. Logistics does not have enough people, no male worker for logistic thus female staff need to loading very heavy items from/to lorry by herself almost every weeks.

VERY BAD ATTITUDE OF BOSS. JUST SIMPLY TERMINATE STAFF. DON'T HAVE THE CLEAR DIRECTION. DON'T WANT PAY OVER TIME (OT) BUT WANT STAFF STAY AT OFFICE AFTER WORKING HOUR. DONT LIKE STAFF BACK ON TIME EVEN NO OT PROVIDED. RACIST. ALWAYS PRAY AT OFFICE WITH THE BAD SMELLY AND NOT RESPECT WITH OTHERS RELAGION.
