Air Companies in Malaysia

Air companies in Malaysia are responsible for providing air transportation services within the country. They are regulated by the Malaysian Civil Aviation Authority (MCAA). There are currently four scheduled air companies operating in Malaysia: Malaysia Airlines, AirAsia, Firefly, and Malindo Air.

Malaysia Airlines is the flag carrier of Malaysia. It operates a comprehensive domestic and international network, serving over 60 destinations across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. AirAsia is the largest low-cost carrier in Asia, operating over 400 routes to more than 60 destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. Firefly is a regional airline that operates flights within Malaysia and to neighboring countries such as Singapore and Thailand. Malindo Air is a low-cost carrier that operates domestic and international flights within Southeast Asia.
