Export And Import Of Paints Companies in Malaysia

Paints companies in Malaysia are required to obtain an Import Permit to import paints and varnishes into Malaysia. The import permit is obtained from the Malaysian Paint Association. The requirements for the import permit are:

1. A completed application form.

2. A copy of the company's business registration.

3. A copy of the company's import license.

4. A copy of the company's product registration with the Malaysian Paint Association.

5. A copy of the company's product safety data sheet.

6. A copy of the company's certificate of analysis.

7. The import permit fee of RM100.

The import permit is valid for one year and is renewable.
