Investment Holding And Provision Of Management Services To Its Subsidiary Companies Companies in Malaysia

An investment holding company is a company that holds shares of other companies as investments. The shares may be listed on a stock exchange or held in private portfolios. In Malaysia, investment holding companies are subject to the Companies Act 1965. The Companies Act requires that an investment holding company must have a minimum paid-up capital of RM2 million. The company must also have a board of directors consisting of at least three directors.
