Making Companies in Malaysia

The process of incorporating a company in Malaysia is not as complicated as one might think. There are a few steps that need to be followed in order to successfully register a company.

The first step is to find a company name that is available and not already taken. Once a name has been chosen, the next step is to prepare the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association. These documents need to be signed by the company’s directors and shareholders.

After the documents have been prepared, the next step is to submit them to the Registrar of Companies along with the required fees. Once the company has been registered, it will be issued a Certificate of Incorporation.

The final step is to open a bank account in the company’s name. Once the account has been opened, the company is ready to start business.
