Not Yet Trading Companies in Malaysia

There are a number of reasons why a company might not yet be trading in Malaysia. The most common reason is that the company is not yet registered with the Malaysian Registrar of Companies. This can be for a number of reasons, including that the company is not yet incorporated, or that it is in the process of incorporating but has not yet completed the necessary paperwork. Other reasons why a company might not yet be trading in Malaysia include that it has not yet obtained the necessary licenses and permits, or that it is not yet operational. In some cases, a company might be registered and operational but simply has not yet commenced trading.
