There are many types of organisation companies in Malaysia. The most common are sole proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations.

A partnership is a business owned and operated by two or more people. Partners share control of the business and are jointly liable for its debts and obligations.

A corporation is a business entity that is legally separate from its owners. The owners of a corporation are not liable for its debts and obligations.
