Primary Education (private) Companies in Malaysia

There are many private companies in Malaysia that offer primary education, both in local and international schools. Some of the most popular private companies include Sekolah Kebangsaan Kuala Lumpur (SK), Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (SJK) and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK).

SK and SJK schools are government-aided schools which means that they receive some financial support from the government. However, they are still required to collect tuition fees from students. SK and SJK schools offer a good quality of education and are highly sought after by parents.

SMK schools are private schools which are not government-aided. This means that they do not receive any financial support from the government and are entirely dependent on tuition fees collected from students. SMK schools offer a wide range of educational programmes and are usually more expensive than SK and SJK schools.
