To Provide Companies in Malaysia

Companies in Malaysia are required to provide a number of documents in order to be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM). These documents include the Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association, and Form 24. The Articles of Association set out the rules and regulations for the company, while the Memorandum of Association contains the company's name, address, and objectives. The Form 24 must be filed with the CCM in order to obtain a business license.
