Trading In Shares Companies in Malaysia

In Malaysia, there are two types of companies which are public companies and private companies. A public company is a company which is listed on the stock exchange and can offer its shares to the public. A private company is a company which is not listed on the stock exchange and can only offer its shares to a limited number of people.

If you want to buy shares in a company, you can do so through a broker. A broker is someone who buys and sells shares on behalf of investors. When you buy shares in a company, you become a shareholder. This means that you have a part ownership in the company.

As a shareholder, you are entitled to a share of the profits that the company makes. You are also entitled to vote at the company's annual general meeting.

If you want to sell your shares, you can do so through a broker. The broker will find a buyer for your shares and then you will receive the money from the sale.

The price of shares can go up or down. If the price of shares goes up, you will make a profit. If the price of shares goes down, you will make a loss.
