they are scam.. before they lend money to you, you have to pay government stamp duty. if u not pay the tax, they cant lend the money but if u cancel they still ask u to pay for cancellation fee, and if you refused to pay anything, they said you will blacklist. after paid, they said the bank charge sst,so they ask second payment. then their agent silent and blocking me.
