My loan has been approved but I need to pay RM320 as commitment test and pay RM998 more as to make a new profile since this is my first time making a loan. Because I don't have the money, I cancelled the loan and ask back the the RM320 since it's said to be refundable. Yet after that, I still have no news after asking multiple times. What to do?
