Up to now, they totally ignore me.

I were not inform about the no refund & no exchangeable policy & she do not let me read through the term & conditions as per the invoice BEFORE I pay. So, it cannot take effect because ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT COME ON A PIECE OF PAPER AFTER YOU HAVE DONE THE DEAL ARE INVALID. Therefore, if a shop wants to implement a no refund policy, they NEED TO tell you about the policy BEFORE you pay at the counter, else there no refund policy will be INVALID BY LAW.

The sales girl is using the tactic to trick me to make advance payment & she said they are direct factory from Dunlopillo, all the Sofa set is made direct from Dunlopillo factory, it's Dunlopillo brand-All these are NOT true because the Sofa sets are not found in Dunlopillo official website and I also verified this with the other staff.

The sales girl Never inform and highlight about payment made is NOT REFUNDABLE & NOT EXCHANGEABLE.
So, as a customer, I only can read the terms on the invoice when I have paid and it's too late.
They take advantage of this.

They totally ignore me, the girl (I was told she's an Indian) in delivery dept. is extremely rude and no manners, today, I call to the them, the moment I said "can I speak with Ms Siew" she just put down the phone and cut the line and when I called back she just let the phone ringing after it's cut off, can you imagine no one pick up at the only number of 03-80823705 -Delivery Department in the invoice & it's either busy & can't be reach.

When I called to the office number, she is forever not in. and I left messages to the office and 2 other different outlets multiples times also never return call.
Please never pay any deposit to the item no matter what the sales person said to you such as " to pay deposit to lock down the price for offer price" because once you have paid the deposit, it's no refundable & no exchangeable no matter what, even the size of the sofa can't fix, they won't bother and handle any complains.

I have a extremely bad experience with the sales person, the Indian girl & the authorize person in charge-Ms Siew at delivery dept., in this company, Ms Siew asked me to give her few days to look into my case because she didn't aware about my issues (which I found that this is not true later), she was lie to me. She has promised to call me back after she look into my issue since middle of Apr'23, but till now, no call to me at all.

Same as the above commented on 16 Jan. I am a customer I had a bad experience from this company, once you made full payment to them you are no longer their customer, they won't handle any complains by you. Terrible staff attitude, very rude, and they will push responsibility back to you and ask you to go to consumer tribunal if there is something wrong with the product. Can't blame all the staff as the boss is terrible as well. Overall is bad company.

Excellent service all around from Sleep Connection. A wide range of home furnishings that cover all budgets . I found my bedding needs quickly and with excellent sales assistance. Delivery was fast, efficient and friendly 😊. I highly recommend this store in Midvalley.

my experience with this company is great , mattress delivered within 1 week as promised.
