We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of AIRASIA by way of market making. The AIRASIAC1A is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The AIRASIAC1A is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2019. The AIRASIAC1A is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 24 October 2019. The salient terms of the AIRASIAC1A are set out in the attachment.
