We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the AIRASIA shares. AIRASIAC1D is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 8 November 2019 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. AIRASIAC1D is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 15 November 2019 and the Term Sheet dated 19 February 2020. AIRASIAC1D is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of AIRASIAC1D is set out in the attachment. |
