Bonus Issue of 462,230,357 warrants in Alam Maritim Resources Berhad ("AMRB" or the "Company") ("Free Warrants") on the basis of one (1) Free Warrant for every two (2) existing ordinary shares in AMRB ("AMRB Shares") held as at 5:00 p.m. on 22 March 2019 ("Bonus Issue of Warrants")
Each Free Warrant entitles its registered holder to subscribe for one (1) AMRB Share at the exercise price (as indicated above) and at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period") subject to the provisions of the deed poll constituting the Free Warrants dated 8 March 2019. Any Free Warrant which is not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid. This announcement is dated 28 March 2019.
