We refer to the circular to shareholders of AME dated 26 April 2022 (“Circular”) and the announcement dated 15 August 2022. Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular.
 

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that the prospectus of AME REIT in relation to the Listing (“Prospectus”) in CD-ROM together with the notice of provisional offer in relation to the ROFS (“NPO”) and Offer Acceptance Form had been distributed to all Entitled AME Shareholders via ordinary post on 17 August 2022. In addition, the Offer Acceptance Form had also been distributed via email to all Entitled AME Shareholders who have their email addresses registered with Bursa Depository on the Entitlement Date.
 

The NPO sets out the number of ROFS Units provisionally offered to you on the basis of 1 ROFS Unit for every 5 ordinary shares held in AME as at 5 p.m. on 15 August 2022, where fractional entitlements have been rounded down to the nearest Unit.
 

An Entitled AME Shareholders may view or download the Prospectus from AME REIT’s website at www.amereit.com.my or Bursa Securities’ website at www.bursamalaysia.com and/or request for a copy of the printed Prospectus from the Registrar or the Manager or AME at no cost and are given an option to have the printed Prospectuses delivered to them free of charge, or to obtain the printed Prospectuses from the designated locations as disclosed in the Prospectus.

An Entitled AME Shareholder who loses, misplaces or for any other reason require another copy of the Offer Acceptance Form, may also obtain additional copies from the Registrar or AME’s registered office. Any delivery charges, if applicable, will be borne by AME. An Entitled AME Shareholder may also download and print the Offer Acceptance Form as attached in this Announcement. An Entitled AME Shareholder may contact the Registrar at +603 7890 4700 for advice on how to complete the said Offer Acceptance Form.
